Role Overview
We are hiring a Fiverr Business Development Executive with a strong understanding of graphic design services. The role involves managing Fiverr profiles, responding to clients, preparing proposals, and converting inquiries into orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s Fiverr profiles.
- Respond to client inquiries and write customized proposals.
- Understand briefs and recommend suitable design services.
- Negotiate project scope, pricing, and timelines.
- Coordinate requirements with the graphic design team.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience generating business through Fiverr.
- Understanding of graphic design services and terminology.
- Strong proposal-writing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience managing international clients.
- Hands-on design experience will be preferred.
Required Design Knowledge
Candidates should understand services such as:
- Logo and brand identity design
- Social media design
- Packaging and label design
- Print and marketing collateral
- Presentation design
- Web and landing-page design
- Illustration and infographic design
- Short-form creative content and basic motion graphics
Hands-on design experience is preferred; however, candidates with strong knowledge of design services and experience selling them may also apply.
Preferred Background
- Experience working in a graphic design or creative agency.
- Experience dealing with international clients.
- Knowledge of Upwork or other freelancing platforms will be an advantage.
- Understanding of project costing and resource estimation.
