Content Strategist (Social Media & Digital Content)
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Content Strategist who understands how content drives business growth. You’ll be responsible for developing content strategies, planning campaigns, guiding creative teams, and ensuring all content aligns with brand goals and audience needs.
You’ll work closely with Content Writer, Video Editors, Designers, and clients to create content that engages, performs, and delivers results.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate directly with clients to understand their goals and content needs
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars and strategies
- Create platform-specific content plans for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Research trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity
- Build content pillars, campaign concepts, and messaging frameworks
- Provide creative direction to writers, designers, and video editors
- Plan and oversee content shoots when required
- Review content to ensure quality, consistency, and strategic alignment
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in Content Strategy, Social Media, or Digital Marketing
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content trends
- Experience creating content calendars and campaign strategies
- Ability to analyze content performance and optimize accordingly
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Experience working with creative teams and managing content workflows
- Agency experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communications, or a related field
